Ingredientes:
1 tarro de Hummus de Pedro Ximénez de Envasados Ecológicos Lola.
(240g) 2 tazas de harina
(12 g) 3 cucharaditas de levadura
(12.60g) 1 cucharada de azúcar
1/2 cucharadita y otra 1/2 cucharadita de sal
(113,6 g) 8 cucharadas de mantequilla fría (dividida)
(13,63 g) 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol
(157,7 g) 2/3 taza de agua
1 huevo (batido) para el huevo batido
Pasos:
Precalienta el horno a 400ºF (204ºC) y cubre una bandeja para hornear con papel pergamino. Agrega la harina, la levadura, el azúcar y 1/2 cucharadita de sal en un bol grande y mezcla rápidamente. Agrega 6 cucharadas de mantequilla fría y bate hasta que se combine con una batidora eléctrica. Luego agrega lentamente el aceite de girasol mientras lo mezclas con la batidora eléctrica. Mientras sigue mezclando, agrega agua poco a poco hasta que la masa comience a formar una bola. En una superficie enharinada, estira la masa lo más fina que puedas con un rodillo, con un cortador de forma circular, corta pequeños círculos y colócalos en una bandeja para hornear. Haz agujeros en el medio y pon sobre las galletas con el huevo batido y espolvorea con una pizca de sal. Hornéalo en el horno durante 10 minutos. Derrite las 2 cucharadas restantes de mantequilla y luego unte con mantequilla derretida mientras las galletas todavía están calientes. Déjalo enfriar y ¡disfruta!

1/2 teaspoon and another 1/2 teaspoon salt for topping
(113.6g) 8 tablespoons cold butter (divided)
(13.63g) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
(157.7g) 2/3 cup water
1 egg (beaten) for the egg wash
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and 1/2 tsp of salt in a large bowl and give it a quick whisk. Add 6 tablespoons of cold butter and beat until just combined with an elective mixer. Then slowly add vegetable oil slowly while mixing with the electric mixer. While still mixing, add water a little bit at a time until a dough starts to form into a ball. On a floured surface, roll dough out as thin as you can with a rolling pin.Using a circled shape cutter, cut small circles and place them on a baking tray. Poke holes in the middle and brush the crackers with the egg wash and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and then brush with melted butter while the crackers are still hot. Cool and Enjoy!
